We export all types of paper bags, paper boxes and other packaging.
We own 2 factories located in Qingdao and 1 workshop in LinYi with more than 100 workers to ensure we could offer the customer excellent service, high efficiency, consistent quality, competitive pricing and punctual delivery. QUALITY CONTROL
Quality Management of SHUNZE PACKAGING develops from experience and passion, mainly be performed by QC department, which consists of 10 professional technicians and a team of numerous inspectors being in charge of the inspection of each production process.
In printing
Printed paper will be checked piece by piecebyQC staff after printing, to makesure good printed sheets without defective spots and inconsistent colors goes into next production stage.
In and after die cutting, hotstamping, lamination
Beside random check in running of machines by worker, QC staffs conduct quality checking after completion of production process, to assure that all workmanship were well done in lines with register marks.
In each post-production lines
At the end of each line, before packing into cartons, products will be ckecked one by one by QC staff. Even at each sub-contractor, the end of each line will be our QC who is in charge of checking.
Before shipping
A random test of proportion ranging from 3% to 5% will be conducted.
